The system implements summarizing and analyzing bus data of provincial and city levels. It supports reasonable and scientific planning of layout of bus line network and can give full play to the bus potential with limited resources, to improve the operation efficiency of bus, implement scientific configuration of bus operation, equalize the distribution of passenger flow on the line, maximally reduce the total travel time and transfer times of passengers, raise the nonstop rate of passenger flow, lower the repetition coefficient of line and economize the operating cost.
The Bus Cost Regulation and Accounting System is an application system to assist the government to calculate the amount of financial subsidies on public transportation. The system classifies and summarizes the cost and revenue of public transportation enterprises regulated by the government, and establishes the assessment and evaluation system of unit transportation cost and operation of urban public transport to calculate the number of financial subsidies and evaluate the operating conditions of public transportation enterprises. The aim is to encourage public transport enterprises to carry out cost control, standardize revenue, restrain unreasonable public transport costs and input, and ensure that public transport enterprises can develop sustainably under the stipulated financial subsidies.
The Bus Safety Supervision Subsystem mainly provides the industry supervision departments with dynamic monitoring of bus vehicles, passenger flow, station and road network, and gives early warning to abnormalities. It can timely acquire, retrieve and analyze the video monitoring data of basic bus resources, transport capacity resources, vehicle running conditions, vehicles, stations, etc. The system is linked with the emergency command system, and plays a monitoring role in ordinary time. In case of abnormalities, the system will dispose according to the pre-set warning level. In an emergency, it will start the command system.
